HOW SOLAR WORKS
1.
Sunlight hits the solar panels, and the
photovoltaic (PV) cells collect DC electricity.
2.
A solar inverter converts the DC electricity into AC electricity so it is compatible with your home appliances.
3.
Electricity travels through the home, powering
all of your appliances and devices.
4.
Excess electricity produced by the solar panels during the day is stored in the utility grid. At night when the panels aren't producing, this excess power is fed back to the home.
