Telesis Protect operates independently of your original installer and offers a service that most installation companies do not.

An technician (not a sales associate) will evaluate your system's performance and identify any issues you may have with your system. If your system qualifies, we will recommend one of our membership plans. No purchase or obligation is required with the free system health check.

We use filtered de-ionized water fed through a pole/brush to gently wipe away built up dust and dirt leaving a spot-free finish. If there are excessive bird droppings we may also used a specialized, non-abrasive solution to clean the panels. Our cleaning includes the inverter and any additional equipment with dirt build-up.

Note: If there are pigeons nesting underneath the panels we can remove the nests and install a bird guard mesh at a rate of $15 per panel.

We will schedule your first cleaning within 14 days of signing up for service.

Yes, this is our specialty. We are able to handle RMA warranty claims with the equipment manufacturers. Your out-of-pocket cost is just for the labor for the technician at a reduced rate.
